PLEASE NOTE: Returns are available within 7 days upon arrival date of product and Exchanges are available withing 14 days. Products must be unworn and in brand new condition to be accepted for and return/exchange. You MUST contact our customer service team via email at RenartsFootwear@gmail.com or call us @ 631.493.2333 prior to shipping any items back for authorization. A return or exchange without authorization will be refused and sent back to customer without refund. If in the case that a Return/Exchange is requested on behalf of the customer, a small restocking fee will be charged.
If there is any sign that the product (and/or any of the product packaging) has been used, worn, washed, or is in un-sellable condition, Renarts reserves the right De-authorize the return or exchange. If such a situation does occur, the item will be refused and sent back to you
All shipping costs associated to any return/exchange will be at the responsibility of the customer.
Lastly, the same item may not be returned twice.
