PLEASE NOTE: Returns are available within 7 days upon arrival date of product and Exchanges are available withing 14 days. Products must be unworn and in brand new condition to be accepted for and return/exchange. You MUST contact our customer service team via email at or call us @ 631.493.2333 prior to shipping any items back for authorization. A return or exchange without authorization will be refused and sent back to customer without refund. If in the case that a Return/Exchange is requested on behalf of the customer, a small restocking fee will be charged. 


If there is any sign that the product (and/or any of the product packaging) has been used, worn, washed, or is in un-sellable condition, Renarts reserves the right De-authorize the return or exchange. If such a situation does occur, the item will be refused and sent back to you


All shipping costs associated to any return/exchange will be at the responsibility of the customer.

Lastly, the same item may not be returned twice.


By placing an order through our site, you understand and agree that shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damages which may occur from any of the services we provide.

Any damage caused from shipping is to be handled by you and the shipping company.
