Phone Orders

We gladly accept Phone Orders for any of the products available on our site.  

In order to place a Phone Order, please give us a call at 631-824-3816 between the hours of 10am and 7pm EST Monday through Friday, 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday or on Sunday 12pm - 5pm EST.  A total and shipping cost can be given to you before a payment is necessary. Please have your credit card and email address details ready when calling. You can also email us at info.renarts@gmail.com .

Return Policy

You may return items sold through Renarts.com. Our process is simple and protects our customers. You MUST contact our customer service at the email below prior to shipping any items back, and then ship the product back to us within 7 days of the invoice date. If there is any sign that the product (and/or ANY product packaging) has been used, worn, washed, or is in un-sellable condition, Renarts will not credit you for the items; and they will be sent back to the original shipping address at your own cost. All return/exchange shipping costs will be at the responsibility of the customer. You may not return the same item twice.


You understand and agree that Renarts.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages done by any of the services we provide. All items purchased at your own risk. Any damage caused from shipping is to be taken up by you with the shipping company. Renarts.com will provide you with the tracking number and contact information for the shipping company as needed. Once this information is provided to you, it is your responsibility as the customer to contact and deal with the shipping company.

Shipping

All domestic orders are shipped via UPS, FEDEX or USPS (all international orders shipped via USPS) within 48 hours of the time you place your order. (Saturday and Sunday orders ship Monday because of UPS and USPS not picking up) Please allow 4-7 business days for ground shipments. Shipping charges are a fixed $6 for the first pair and $3 for each additional pair anywhere in the USA.  Shipping costs are $40 for shipments to Europe and Asia and $30 for Canada.   We use USPS Express Mail for International shipments as it is fast and reliable.
